Product Overview

LeadSeek is an all-in-one platform for enterprise content marketing and customer outreach. It turns your company and brand materials into reusable business context, so your team can handle research, creation, distribution, engagement, and lead follow-up.

The system isolates company data by tenant. A tenant represents one independent company or business organization, and once members are granted permissions they share brand profiles, platform accounts, the knowledge base, content assets, publishing records, engagement messages, and leads.

How LeadSeek Works

Everything in LeadSeek starts from the workspace. Brand profiles, knowledge materials, member permissions, and platform accounts form a single foundation. On top of it, content operators research topics, create articles, images, and videos, and publish to multiple platforms, then close the customer conversion loop through comments, direct messages, and lead follow-up.

Task status, data sync, subscription usage, security and compliance, and human review run through the entire process. You do not need to understand servers or interface structures. You only need to confirm that the current tenant, the current platform account, and the current task stage are correct.

Core Capabilities

At its core, LeadSeek is not a standalone writing or publishing tool. It connects company materials, topic research, content production, platform execution, and customer engagement into a workflow you can run continuously. Content moves within a single tenant workspace, so your team can keep creating from research findings, keep handling engagement from publishing results, and turn productive conversations into sales leads.

  • Company context: Maintain brand profiles, products and services, target customers, messaging guidelines, video branding, and knowledge materials in one place, so that every member and the AI work from the same information.
  • Research and topic selection: Understand market shifts through industry insights conversations, source citations, and trending topics filtering, then reuse verifiable findings for reports, articles, or video topics.
  • Multi-format content production: Generate channel copy, articles, marketing images, and narrated videos. Results can be edited further, saved as drafts, or sent to the asset library for reuse.
  • Smart video workflow: Start from a creative brief and a continuous script, then run automatic shot splitting, AI storyboards, voiceover, subtitles, brand pages, Chinese and English versions, shot-by-shot refinement, and HD final video recording.
  • Multi-platform accounts and publishing: Manage authorized platform accounts in one workspace, configure the title, description, topics, cover, disclosures, and scheduling per platform, and review the result for each account.
  • Engagement and customer conversion: Handle post comments, engagement notifications, and direct messages in one place, generate replies that keep the source account and post context, and convert high-intent users into leads you can assign and follow up on.
  • Operations management and reconciliation: Check your running status through the task center, publishing history, sync management, subscription usage, and member permissions, so you can pinpoint failures and reconcile what your team consumes.

The End-to-End Loop

  1. The workspace administrator creates the workspace and configures members, brand profiles, knowledge materials, and platform services.
  2. Content operators research the industry and trending topics, and confirm evidence-based customer questions and content directions.
  3. The team generates articles, images, or videos with AI and reviews them manually; approved content goes to drafts and the asset library.
  4. Select authorized platform accounts to publish the content, then confirm the result in the task center and publishing history.
  5. Keep syncing comments and direct messages, identify real needs, collect them in the lead pool, and hand them to sales or support for follow-up.
  6. The team adjusts the next round of operations based on content performance, engagement quality, failed tasks, and usage details.

Who It Is For

  • Workspace administrator: Initializes the workspace and maintains members, brand materials, and service configuration.
  • Content operator: Researches topics, produces assets, and manages platform accounts and publishing tasks.
  • Sales and support: Handle comments and direct messages, identify intent, and keep following up on leads.
  • Brand owner: Reviews brand information, messaging guidelines, and compliance requirements.
